When Agroni was established in 2000, one of the main aims for the organisation was to be actively involved in the community. We have stuck to this aim over the years and have found several ways of achieving this goal.
The nature of our work is the most obvious example of our work within the community as it requires us to constantly be engaged with it so that we can properly relate to and understand the different sections of the community. We are also committed to enhancing the skill bases of the community by providing job opportunities within the organisation. This means that we have broader understanding of languages and cultures and a more direct connection to the varying parts of the communities.
