Agroni has a pool of over 300 qualified, well-trained and experienced multilingual researchers across the UK. Our interviewers have been selected for their extensive local, cultural and religious knowledge. Our interviewers speak over thirteen community languages. Some of these include:
Albanian, Arabic, Bengali, Cantonese, French, Gujarati, Hindi, Mandarin, Punjabi, Portuguese, Somali, Turkish and Urdu.
All our researchers are fluent in both written and spoken English. In addition to formal academic qualifications, our researchers have also undertaken a rigorous training programme which covers both the theoretical and practical aspects of different research methodologies and interviewing techniques. Researchers working for Agroni also receive training in communication skills as well as health and safety.
