Quality Assurance
Agroni is committed to providing a high quality service for its clients. We always follow a rigorous process of quality assurance. In particular the following measures are used to ensure that our work achieves the highest possible standards of social research:
All completed questionnaires/interview schedules/reports/assignments are scrutinised individually by senior Agroni staff for accuracy, objectivity, consistency and legibility.
For all survey interviews, random telephone interviews are conducted with respondents to verify the accuracy of information collected as well as to monitor the conduct and manner of our interviewers.
A senior interviewer accompanies newly appointed interviewers to their first three interviews. Our researchers’ progress is monitored regularly and they are required to attend supervision sessions with senior staff as appropriate.
